It’s the holiday season and what a perfect time to celebrate food!
Food is at the core of our existence — our lives, our livelihood and our communities. Over the past 50 years, the farm to table connection has moved beyond the farm gate and into the culinary world. Chefs across the country and globally are helping to create sustainable regional food systems, including Kentucky’s own Ouita Michel, featured in this issue of The AgriNutrition Edge Report.
