The first issue of The AgriNutrition Edge for 2020 poses the thought that focusing too much on food and nutrition trends can make it easy to lose sight of the true purpose of our food supply: to provide safe and affordable food for the world. I share how our conversations and actions may shape the new decade and challenge us to set new standards and aspirations: eat without fear, be plant-centered without eliminating animal protein, and accept personal responsibility for a sustainable food system as we are all part of the problem and the solution!
