Dinner table set with dishes and Christmas decorationsAs we pause to celebrate the holidays and look to the New Year, I want to thank you, as subscribers, for your continued reading and support over the past six years. My goal has always been to bridge the gap of understanding of what’s in our food and how and where it’s grown. And to leave you with a smile and little holiday cheer, I reminisce how Santa accommodated my father’s milking schedule.
